We strive, we achieve, we give – and we give more. And we want to believe our giving will be returned.

So, we hold it in. We stay silent. 

 

Cycles repeat – frustration, fatigue, and resentments build up.

We have been socialized and taught to give our power away in the workplace. 

 

And we forget what we knew all along…that who we are and where we come from is more than good enough.
